H1 Frozen Pan

Pizza

400-450 Remove a package and place the Pizza on a high

rack. Put in the oven. After cooking, stand for

2-3 minutes.

H2 Homemade

Pizza

500-550 Ingredients

•Pizza dough (200-220 g)

150 g strong white bread our, 3 g dried yeast,

0.5 tbsp olive oil, 100 ml warm water, 0.5 tbsp

sugar and salt

•Topping

100 g Sliced Vegetables, 100 g Tomato puree,

80-100 g grated Mozzarella cheese

Method

Put the our, yeast, oil, salt and warm water in

a bowl and mix to a wettish dough. Knead in a

mixer or by hand about 5-10 mins. Cover with lid

and leave to rise in a warm place(37-40 °C) for

40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, Flatten the dough out with roller

until it lls the entire crispy plate, then prick all

over with a fork. Spread the tomato puree on the

dough and add vegetables. Sprinkle cheese evenly

on top.

Put them on the low rack. After cooking, stand for

2-3 minutes.
