Entering text by voice
Tap , and then speak into the microphone. The device displays what you speak.
If the device does not recognise your words correctly, tap the underlined text and select an
alternative word or phrase from the dropdown list.
To change the language or add languages for the voice recognition, tap the current language.
Ensure that the Wi-Fi or mobile network is connected before using this feature. You
may incur additional charges when using the voice input feature via the mobile
network.
Handwriting
Tap ,

Full handwriting

Box handwriting
, and then write a word with a finger. The
device displays the text that you wrote.
Suggested words appear at the top of the handwriting input field. To replace your
handwritten word with a suggested word, tap the suggested word.
This feature may not be available depending on the region or service provider.
Stroke mode
On the 3x4 keyboard, tap the stroke keys. Tap when you are unsure which stroke to enter.
