H1 Grilled shrimp
with black
pepper
1-2 person Ingredients
10 Tiger shrimp, 1 Tbsp. Black pepper, ½ cup
Diced small bell peppers three colors, 1-2 root.
Coriander root, 5 piece Thai garlic, 1 ts. Cayenne,
½ Tbsp. Red sugar, ½ ts. Salt, 2 Tbsp. Olive oil, 2
Tbsp. White wine
Method
Crush coriander root, garlic, pepper, pepper
onion. Cut in both shell shrimp, marinate with all
ingredients for 15 minutes. Place them on the
low rack and put in oven. When the beep, bring
out shrimp. Mix marinated sauce and bell pepper.
Put in oven and Press start button. After cooking,
serve with grilled shrimp.
H2 Grilled shrimp
with sweet &
sour sauce
2 person Ingredients
4-6 River shrimp, 2 ts. Cayenne, ¼ ts. Salt, ¼ ts.
Pepper, 1 Tbsp. Olive oil, 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce, 1½
Tbsp. Palm sugar, 3 Tbsp. Tamarind juice, ½ cup
Onion, ½ cup Chopped tomato, 1 Tbsp. Oil, ½ cup
Finely slice Shallot
Method
Wash and cut in both shell shrimp, marinate with
salt, pepper, cayenne, and olive oil for 15 minutes.
Place them on the low rack and put in oven. When
the rst beep, bring out shrimp. Mix shallot and
oil. Put them in oven and press start button. When
the second beep, bring out them. Mix sh sauce
and palm sugar together, add onion and tomato.
Put them in oven and press start button. After
cooking, pour sauce and fried shallot over grilled
shrimp before serve.
