A12 Boiled Pork
with Lime, Chili
Sauce
2-3 Person Ingredients
200 g Pork sirloin, 5 pieces Sliced lime, 15 Green-
red bird chili, 2 Tbsp. garlic, 1 Tbsp. Sugar, 1 Tbsp.
Fish sauce, 3 Tbsp. lime juice, 1 cup Shredded
kale, 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
Method
Wash and slice pork with water. Put in oven.
When the beep, mix sugar, sh sauce, lime juice.
Put them in oven again and press start button.
After cooking, crush bird chili and garlic together.
Serve by put kale, shredded cabbage in dish then
pork and pour spicy sauce on top.
A13 Winged Bean
Salad
2-3 Person Ingredients
150 g shredded winged Bean, 1 cup Peeled
shrimp, 100 g Minced pork, 2 Tbsp. Shredded bird
chili, 2 Tbsp. Chili sauce, 2 Tbsp. lime, 1 Tbsp. Fish
sauce, 1½ Tbsp. Palm sugar, 2 Tbsp. Fried peanut,
¼ Tbsp. Fried shallots, 7 Fried dried chili, 2 Tbsp.
thick coconut milk, 2 egg
Method
Put shrimp and minced pork in a bowl. Put them
in oven. When the rst beep, bring out and add
winged bean mix together. Put egg with salt in
oven and press start button. When the second
beep, bring out egg. Put bird chili with oil in oven
and press start button. When the third beep, bring
out bird chili with oil. Put shallot with oil in oven
and press start button. After cooking, mix palm
sugar, sh sauce, lime juice, chili sauce, and bird
chili together. Mix all ingredients together. Pour
with coconut milk and serve with egg.
