Post Curve
This changes the 2D Post Curve. Set to a value between 1 and 9 by rotating the soft menu’s dial
button.

Spatial Compound is an optional feature of this product.

This item only appears in the menu when a Linear Probe is used.

Spatial Compound is not available if Ext. Res. is turned on.
Press the soft menu dial-button to turn Spatial Compound on or o.
mark is displayed on the right side of the screen if Spatial Compound is turned on.
Needle Mate
Needle Mate automatically detects a needle inserted into the human body and displays a visually
enhanced image of the needle on the screen. Press the soft menu dial-button to turn this function
on or o.

Needle Enhance: Rotate the soft menu dial-button to select Low, Medium, or High.

Needle ROI: Rotate the soft menu dial-button to adjust the noise removal depth.
NOTE:

Add Needle Enhance and Needle ROI in Utility > Menu Edit > Needle Mate.

Needle Mate is available only under the following conditions:
− Probe: Linear probe
− Application: Musculoskeletal
− Diagnosis mode: 2D mode
